Navigating Life Transitions

Guiding women through a journey of curious and compassionate self-discovery during life transitions.

I work with women who are moving through transitions and help them to connect with themselves through the process. Going through transitions can unground us and make us feel like we are living in an alternate reality. It can be painful and unbearable and it can be easy to let go of ourselves and focus on other people, places, and things to try and numb the pain. But imagine moving through such a painful time with great intention and imagine not only surviving this transition but coming out on the other side more whole than you ever could imagine.

Some of us have never truly met ourselves and some of us need a reminder of who we are. Either way, connecting to ourselves is necessary to make it to the other side of a transition with grace and ease. Grace for ourselves and others, ease for our present and future.

What does it look like when you’re going through a life transition…

  • Your reality is not what it used to be, and the likelihood of it returning is unlikely

  • You feel confused about your next steps but you know you need to change something

  • You notice circumstances around you changing, and you did not ask or want these changes to occur

  • You feel that you are being pushed in a certain direction without your permission or desire

  • You can sense your environment changing and you do not know how you fit into that environment now

If you're navigating a life transition, I would be honored to serve as your guide throughout the process.

Big Life Transitions

  • The end of a relationship (breakup or divorce)

  • A new pregnancy or child

  • Moving to a new city

  • Starting a new job

  • Diagnosis of a medical condition (for you or a loved one)

Other Kinds of Life Transitions

  • Someone moving out or moving in to your home

  • The empty nest experience (children moving on to college)

  • A change in your job function at work

  • Having a huge shift in perspective

  • Changing your diet due to a health condition

  • And everything in between…

Greetings!

I'm Jessica Messa, and my journey through life has been marked by profound transitions. Among these, the unexpected conclusion of my engagement and navigating an undiagnosed medical condition during the height of the COVID pandemic stand out as pivotal moments. Navigating through these challenges required me to embrace discomfort and find a path forward, shaping me into the resilient person I am today.

My personal experiences have fueled a deep passion for assisting other women traversing similar life-altering transitions. I view this calling as something almost divine – a chance to be the anchor that others need during times of upheaval. I consider it an honor to provide a safe and supportive container for those navigating their unique journeys.

In my sessions, a natural blend of curiosity and compassion guide the way. This approach not only helps unveil hidden discomforts that might linger outside of my clients' awareness but also cultivates a profound sense of safety. This safe space becomes essential when delving into the tender aspects of the challenges they're currently facing.

I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to serve others in this capacity, recognizing the transformative power of empathy and understanding during times of change. Let's embark on this journey together, navigating the complexities of life's transitions with grace and resilience.

Book a session with me to explore the challenges of your current transition and find clarity on your next steps.
